If you have a group that has been working together for awhile Debra’s work can bring you a fresh perspective. Her skills can facilitate each individual towards a new understanding of the unique qualities and talents they bring to the group as well as areas they may wish to strengthen. You will see each other in a positive light. This is one of the greatest strengths of astrology; to identify group dynamics and bring an observers angle to the table. You are required to send her the birth data of each participant, birth date, time and place, and she will then custom design a two/three hour session for your group.
The elemental conversation become very clear when you put a group into their categories. Debra will then describe the traits of each element. eg: the Water people are all together and she speaks of sensitivity and nurturing. The Air people are understood to be the one asking the questions and stimulating the group dynamic. The Earth people take care of the structure and finances of the group.
